This is the blog for the house known as The Farmhouse. Named after a Phish song, the Farmhouse is a 1940s-era house that is home to a community of pretty unique individuals in Vancouver, B.C. The population of the Farmhouse is usually in flux; right now are settled at four individuals of the human type and a wee little kitty, although we’ve had as many as eight adults, one baby, and three dogs. We are a home to travelers, musicians, writers, gardeners, cooks, lovers, dreamers, and creative types of all kinds. (Awww ….) We remind ourselves everyday we live in a world of abundance and hope to inspire that in everyone we meet.
We firmly believe that everyone is free to do what they want.
